THE LOCATION

We invite you to share the beautiful historic Jacobean manor house on the Isle of Wight with us. Situated on the south-west side of the Isle of Wight, Northcourt Manor was built in 1615 on the site of a monastic building.
The 15 acre, glorious garden enjoys a very special micro climate, nestled below the Downs between the chalk and green sand ridges. All of which is ours to explore for the weekend.

DAILY MEDITATION PRACTICES

This retreat is dedicated to meditation and its diverse methodologies, welcoming both newcomers and experienced practitioners alike. Regardless of your level of familiarity with meditation techniques, this retreat offers an immersive experience into their practice. If you're attending with someone new to meditation, please assure them that prior experience is unnecessary.

Our Asana (pose practice) sessions will cater to individuals of all skill levels, allowing you to adapt the practice to the needs of your body, whether seeking a gentle yin approach or a more dynamic yang experience.

ADDITIONAL OFFERINGS

In addition to our meditation focus, Harel & I will be crafting a vegetarian menu infused with Middle Eastern flavors. If you have any specific dietary requirements, please don't hesitate to inform us beforehand.
